Steven Davis, Jr.
CEO

Steven has been in the construction field for over 16 years specializing in new construction, maintenance, and remodeling of existing and historical buildings. As a graduate of the Louisiana State University E.J. Ourso College of Business, he has been able to utilize his entrepreneurial talents and education to found this innovative and cutting edge company which offers its clients a single vendor solution that uses state of the art technology and provides high quality services. He provides leadership, an intensely strong work ethic and gives the FMM team the motivation to go above and beyond their client’s expectations.



Ray A. Mitchell III
COO

Ray’s management and operations experiences over the past 20 years have given him the knowledge and skills to effectively monitor and motivate the FMM team to exceed all goals and expectations of clients. His work ethic is superior and he provides support to all FMM employees by maintaining a hands-on approach in leadership while stimulating camaraderie between all team members. Ray also provides strategic direction and oversight for the company’s growth and overall development while maintaining the core values in which FMM was founded.



Frank Feduccia
Controller

Frank has 35 years of experience in the accounting profession. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, he went on to successfully pass the Uniform CPA Examination and work for 15 years as a Certified Public Accountant. He has spent the last 20 years working in private industry where he has been a controller and business consultant for several medium and large construction companies involved in various trades including general contracting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, scaffolding and civil work. Frank joined the FMM team in 2016 after previously consulting to the company and is looking forward guiding FMM’s financial future.



Mike Gines
HVAC Division Manager

Mike Gines has over 20 years of experience in the field of Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning. He is well versed in service and proper installation of all HVAC equipment, as well as a vast knowledge of whole-house generators. Mike provides leadership as he works very closely with his service technicians and ensures the best customer service experience. Mike is able to provide customers with the most reliable and feasible approach to their heating/cooling needs by implementing FMM's core values of quality, teamwork, pride, passion and integrity. He holds a state of Louisiana mechanical license and is certified in all Trane* and Generac products.



Steve Loga
Electrical Division Manager

Steve Loga, our licensed electrician, is a native of South Louisiana where he got his start in the Food Processing Industry. He has over 25 years experience dealing with High and Low Voltage Electrical projects, Commercial Refrigeration and cryogenics on a commercial and industrial level, which has translated to a success for FMM's Growing Electrical Division. He has built a staff of service techs and journeyman electricians that are comfortable with installing something as simple as a three way switch to installing 1000KVA Transformers. Whether your needs are for a simple residential project, commercial build out or industrial project, Steve and his staff has seen it before. FMM's Electrical Division will go over and beyond the call of duty to take care of your electrical needs.



Brad Jones
Capital Projects Division Manager

Brad Jones has over 25 years’ experience in the remodeling and construction industry in both residential and commercial settings. He has completed numerous turnkey projects on time and within budget while working closely with his staff and client. In addition, Brad is certified by the state of Louisiana in fire, smoke and water restoration as well as a lead paint certified contractor. He is also a Louisiana state licensed mold remediation contractor and has completed remediation projects throughout the country. Brad holds FMM’s values at the forefront of all of his decisions and takes pride in ensuring his clients are overly satisfied with FMM’s performance.



Shellye Jones
Maintenance Division Manager

Shellye has 20 years of experience in the administration and management fields which enhances her ability to manage all staff members and provide insight and information to clients throughout the day. In addition, Shellye also owned and operated a maintenance company located in Mississippi for over 6 years. Her experience in administration and maintenance has proven to be a great advantage to FMM and has given the team the strength to grow their client base and provide excellent customer service.



Angel Amorello McCord
Marketing Director

Angel has been in sales and customer service for over 12 years, focusing on design and décor of residential and commercial properties. She possesses a strong ability to engage clients on a personal level and provide them with a customized construction or maintenance plan that perfectly fits their overall goals. Angel also coordinates the production and design of advertising and marketing materials, provides research analysis for FMM’s competitive growth and marketing sectors, and provides the team with continuous client support and marketing strategies.



Janette Graff
Accounting Administrator

Janette provides FMM with an exceptional knowledge base in accounting, specializing in commercial and residential construction as well as cash management and overall financial operations. She has a combined total of 38 years of experience in accounting which has proven to be highly beneficial to the operations and growth of our company. Her attention to detail and dedication to FMM is beyond comparison and has proven to be a large contribution to the successes and growth of FMM.
